Where We Come From Preloved Luxe is a proud initiative by Soraya's Beauty founded by Sita Paudel,, a name that's spent years earning trust across Nepal's beauty and lifestyle space. That same heritage of care and quality is the foundation we built this on. We simply asked: what if the same standards we hold for what's new could also apply to what's pre-loved?
